Collin’s Garlic Clove - Savory Dips

Ya gotta love garlic to love this one. We captured the fresh taste of a true clove of garlic—perfect on bagels, chips, crackers, veggies, burgers, or as a tater topper.

Dip directions: Mix with 1 cup sour cream + 1 cup mayo. Makes about 2 cups.

Bonus Recipe: Great Garlic Pasta Salad

• 1 pack Pam’s Pantry Collin’s Garlic Clove Dip Mix
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup mayo
• 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (shells or rotini)
• 8–10 oz diced ham
• Optional add-ins: green pepper, grape tomatoes, onions, olives, etc.

1. Mix packet with sour cream and mayo; set aside.
2. Cook pasta, drain well, and cool.
3. Stir dressing into noodles.
4. Add ham and veggies; mix well.
5. Chill and serve.

Bonus Recipe: Creamy Garlic Salad Dressing

• 1 pack Pam’s Pantry Collin’s Garlic Clove Dip Mix
• 3/4 cup mayo
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• Milk to thin (to your preferred consistency)

1. Combine ingredients in a bowl or container.
