Turn ordinary hamburger into delicious homemade summer sausage! Pam’s Pantry Sassy Sausage Mix delivers a robust, smoky flavor with just enough sass and spice to keep you coming back for more. Mild enough for the whole family and incredibly easy to prepare.

**Directions:**Mix packet with 3 lbs. hamburger and 1 cup water. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Divide into three 1 lb. portions, shape each into a log and wrap in foil. Bake for 1½ hours. Cool and re-wrap in clean foil. Finished sausage may be frozen for later.
